I’m Tayla, a Registered Dietitian with degrees in dietetics and exercise science, a former personal trainer, and your coach for sustainable weight loss. 

I've chased nearly every fad diet, but nothing worked until I discovered flexible dieting. Then everything changed. Now I help women lose weight, build confidence, and feel strong without restriction or guilt.
