What people wanna know about working with tayla

Which program is better for beginners?

If you have never lost weight before and are new to tracking food then 1:1 coaching will be more appropriate.

If you have lost weight in the past and are looking for community accountability then Flexible Dieting Academy is perfect for you.

Do I need to have experience tracking macros before signing up?

No, you don't need to have any experience. I will teach you everything you need to know about tracking macros.


What results do you guarantee?

I will do everything in my power to help you get the maximum results possible but you will need to put in the work every day. I aim for my clients to lose between 0.5-1% of their total body weight (on average) each week.


Will I get a meal plan?

Yes, if you sign up for 1:1 coaching you will receive a personalized meal plan during your first appointment. 


How much access will I get to you? Do you offer email or text support?

Yes, my 1:1 clients have text and email access. Flexible Dieting Academy is hosted on a private app that allows us to message directly.


How often will you change my plan?

We will change your plan as often as is needed. If you are unsatisfied with your results then please reach out and we can modify our approach.


Do you work with specific medical conditions? Pregnancy, PCOS, menopause, high cholesterol, etc?

Yes! As a registered dietitian I have clinical experience treating many 


Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Both 1:1 coaching and Flexible Dieting Academy have payment plan options.


Do you work with people on GLP-1 agonist drugs (wegovy, semiglutide, ozempic, etc)?

Yes. If you are currently taking or hope to start taking any of these medications I can help you minimize any of the negative effects they may cause.
