The biggest change I noticed was that I was able to stick to the plan. I didnt have to be perfect and when I "messed up" I didn't have to restart. When I attempted this on my own those slips always ended with me feeling like a failure and back tracking.

My biggest take away was learning to see the bigger picture rather than the individual day-to-day. I learned to trust the process. I learned to give myself a break when I wasn't 100% on plan.

I loved that the program adjusted to fit my schedule rather then other programs where I adjusted myself to fit it.
