I think most of all I have learned that I don’t have to eat to socialize. That eating is to fuel my body. I can now sit at a table with all kinds of treats and I don’t feel guilt or bad for not eating all night long. I’m just content to visit and hang out with my friends, without stuffing my self with unnecessary calories. I have turkey been much happier with myself and life! Thanks Tayla for showing me the way to a better life!”
I figured it was genetics and I would just have to learn to live with it (something I've been told my whole life). But thanks to you and your program I have proved that wrong. If I can do it, a busy mom of 3, anyone can!
She helped me create a calorie deficit and workout plan that fit my schedule and lifestyle. Throughout the process, she checked in regularly, offering the perfect balance of support—adjusting my plan when needed, whether by tightening it up or giving me more flexibility. With her guidance, I lost 30 pounds and became fitter and stronger than I was before having a baby. More importantly, I gained a new perspective on how to fuel my body without deprivation. I couldn't be happier with the progress Tayla and I achieved together.
I learned so much about how to successfully lose weight with tracking and making myself aware of what I’m putting in my body. It was all such a positive experience for me! Having someone to be accountable to was hard, but it also helped me to be successful.
I feel amazing mentally and physically. Although the scale only dropped about 5 pounds I noticed great change in my physique. My shoulders, lower back, back of my thighs, and face all seem more tone. Mentally, I wake up a lot more motivated and feel more energized throughout the day.
I feel stronger and more confident. I'm more motivated to continue good habits (e.g. keep my office/room space really clean, go on walks, drink more water, read/study) now that there's structure and purpose behind my workouts and eating habits.”
The biggest change I noticed was that I was able to stick to the plan. I didnt have to be perfect and when I "messed up" I didn't have to restart. When I attempted this on my own those slips always ended with me feeling like a failure and back tracking.
My biggest take away was learning to see the bigger picture rather than the individual day-to-day. I learned to trust the process. I learned to give myself a break when I wasn't 100% on plan.
